A nursery pulled Morning Glory and Black Eye Susan seeds Something with the kids & new "high" any ideas??

Morning glory is on erowid so i'm thinking they are a bit late on that info. But I think pulling seeds is retarded. If people want to get high off plant seeds, it's nobody's business. You pretty much might as well pull every damn thing on the planet because 90% of the crap that's out here can be used to get high, one way or the other. Are they going to pull nutmeg now? bananas?

You are very fortunate that I speak "Buzz".

Morning glory seeds are psychotropic and black eye Susan's have a dodgey reputation as a poison and a treatment for spontaneous abortion.

Some school community resource officer has been working overtime on this one. You can bet your punctuation mark that such a prohibition is going to pique the interest of the students now.
Reply:Opiates can be derived from morning glory seeds according to The Anarchist's Cookbook. I've never heard of the Black Eyed Susan seeds, though. It takes a few pounds of morning glory seeds, though, so it's silly if they pull the little packets.
Reply:No they are not an opiat nor can you get an opiat high from them. They have chemicals similar to the synthesized drug LSD. And they are very strong. You have to eat 100 or so of them to feel it though.

The problem with eating ones from nurseries is the fact that they use pesticides and other chemicals. If people want to get high off of them, it is pretty safe. Order organic ones online. It's not illegal.

The problem comes from the idiots eating them in droves and not realizing that they are eating pesticide and other un-organic compounds.

The seeds wont hurt you (minus a stomach ache that goes away in about 30 minutes). the chemicals do.
