In a somewhat detailed description... please.
What is the yellowstone morning glory hole?
The "Morning Glory Pool" was given it's name in the 1880 for it's resemblance to a morning glory flower. It is a hot spring pool that is colored by the heat loving algae that grow in it. Unfortunately visitors were throwing pennies and other objects into the pool causing the water flow to slow down and reducing the red color. After making the trail a mile and a half long (instead of a road coming directly to the pool) the amount of debris tossed into the decreased. The pool has also been known to erupt into a geyser, but not on a regular schedule or even every year.
