How do you prevent morning glory from growing back in my garden?
some people try mighty hard to get those to grow with no success wow i wish i had that problem so dig them up and offer them to neighbors.
Reply:dig it out at the root. dig really deep below it and take out all of the roots. this should wor
Reply:pull out the root the root is keeping it from growing back when u cut it down the root isi stil in the ground so the plant keeps coming back so pull out the root or dig it out
Reply:Hi,

Want to get rid of morning glory... ?

First bundle up a few plants and send them to me.

After that get Roundup a commercial product that kills just the plant that is targeted.

Apply on windless day or apply to plant with paintbrush for exact control.

Roundup will not migrate to other plants in the immediate area...only the targeted plants will be affected.

Reply:Morning Glory love a mesic habitat. This is a type of habitat with a moderate or well-balanced supply of moisture.

Perhaps you could plant a flower which also loves a mesic habitat more so than the Morning Glory? This will dry out the soil and their competition for survival will be met - or more balanced out.

SOCRATICALLY: Is it causing you any harm or annoyance? Why does this annoy you? Does it really matter? If you couldn't grow Morning Glory would you be on here asking how to grow it?
